15 Day return Privilege
9XAUTO INC. offers a conditional 15 Day Return privilege on most of our items. Every sale is subject to the terms of this Return Policy. The return period begins on the date you receive the item. RMA number must be requested in order to exchange or return any merchandise. All returning items must be post-dated within 15 days of your return priviledge. Many of our products are also covered by a manufacturer warranty, please review the material accompanied with your items carefully. Therefore, you will be instructed by us where to return your merchandise. Packages sent without prior arrangements described above will be refused.
NOTE: All items are shipped via UPS and or USPS and are insured. 9xauto Inc. is not responsible for items lost in the mail due to refusal. 9xauto Inc. reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on certain custom-made to order items (CALL FOR DETAILS 1-917-836-8396). No refunds will be given unless the item is in original packaging and in the original condition. All claims are subject to verification by 9xauto Inc.

Exchanges 
9xauto Inc. inspects every item for quality before it ships out to you. However, in the event that an item shipped is defective or damaged, we will exchange the item within 15 days of the order. You must have a completed RMA on file in order to process the exchange. All exchanges are subject to verification and examination

Merchandise Availability and Payments 
We reserve the right to refuse any order without explanantion. Some items in our Ebay store are always made to order and are not kept in stock. However, we will make every attempt to fullfill your order and send it out on time. However, due to the availability and rarity of many items in our catalog, merchandise may be temporary out of stock or on the back order. Some merchandise could take up to 30 days or more to deliver due to the manufacturing proses. We reserve the right to keep your payment in advance of the shipment to secure availability and price. You will be notified via email or telephone call in the event the item is out of stock or on the back order. If you have already paid for the item(s), you have the choice; (I) continue to wait for the item or (II) receive a full refund.

We accept most major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, AmericanExpress, and Discover. We also accept Paypal.com payments. All sales are subject to credit card verification. Please note, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. 

Shipment
We use USPS, UPS and FEDEX. All shipping rates are for Continental United States ONLY. All international orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service. We reserve the right to charge an extra handling fee for all international orders.

Arbitration.
Any legal controversy or legal claim arising out of our services or merchandise we sold to you, excluding legal action taken by 9xauto Inc. to collect our fees and/or recover damages for, or obtain an injunction relating to, the 9xauto.com site operations, intellectual property, and our services, shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in New York-County of Kings, New York, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. Either you or 9xauto Inc. may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in New York county of Kings, New York necessary to protect the rights or property of you or 9xauto Inc. pending the completion of arbitration. Should either party file an action contrary to this provision, the other party may recover attorney's fees and costs up to $1000.00. 

Additional Disclaimer
The buyer assumes all risk associated with the use, installation or functionability of any and all 9xauto, Inc. products and agrees to hold 9xauto, Inc. , their agents, employees and distributors harmless for any injury, loss, damage, death; including any and all incidental or consequential damages arising from the sale, installation, or use of any and all 9xauto, Inc. products even if said product is deemed defective. Any implied warranties are limited to replacement ONLY of the original parts that were provided by 9xauto Inc. 9xauto, Inc. will not cover any additional time, labor or parts that may be necessary. All warranty claims are handled at the sole discretion of 9xauto, INC. All warranty / liability claims are null and void if any 9xauto, INC. product is ever used in Competition and/or Track events, even if that is the implied application. All 9xauto, INC. products are for OFF ROAD USE ONLY. 9xauto, INC. reserves the right to make any changes to this disclaimer, its products and/or its warranty procedures at any time without prior notice to its customers. If 9xauto, INC. products are being purchased for resale or installation in any other vehicle than that which is owned by the original purchaser, it is his/her responsibility to notify the end user of these terms prior to their use of said product.
