15 Day return Privilege

9XAUTO INC. offers a conditional 15 Day Money back guarantee on all replacement parts. We also offer 15 day exchange privilage for all custom accessories and individualy made items.
Custom accessories can not be returned. However, they can be exchanged for other merchandice within 15 days as steted above. Every sale is subject to the terms of this Return Policy. The return period begins on the date you receive the item. An RMA form (found below) must be completed in order to exchange or return any merchandise. The completion of the RMA form does not constitute an extension of your 15 day return privilege. All returning items must be post-dated within 15 days of your return priviledge. Many of our products are also covered by a manufacturer warranty, please review the material accompanied with your items carefully. If RMA is issued, you will be instructed by phone or e-mail of an address where to return your merchandise as well as RMA number. Packages sent without prior arrangements described above will be refused.


REFUNDS

No refund will be given to the following items:

 Custom products (embroidered floor mats, etc. unless defective)

 All electronic products (wires, relays, performance chips, unless defective)

 Tools & Chemicals

 Damaged items due to improper installation will not be refunded or exchanged.

 Items that have been refused or lost in transit.


NOTE: All items are shipped via UPS, USPS or FEDEX and are insured at their price, 9XAUTO.COM is not responsible for items lost in the mail due to refusal.

9xauto Inc. reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on certain refundable items (CALL FOR DETAILS 1-(917)-836-8396). No refunds will be given unless the item is in its original packaging and condition, and is subject to approval and verification by 9xauto Inc.


EXCHANGES

9XAUTO INC. inspects every item for quality before it is shipped to you. However, in the event that an item shipped is defective or damaged, we will exchange the item within 15 days of the order. You must have a completed RMA on file in order to process the exchange. All exchanges are subject to verification and approval once 9XAUTO has received the defective or damaged item.


Merchandise Availability and Payments

Your business is important to us. Here at 9XAUTO INC. we will make every attempt to send your item on time. However, due to the availability and rarity of many items in our on-line catalog, merchandise may be temporarily out of stock or on backorder. Some merchandise could take up to 30 days to deliver due to the manufacturing proses. We reserve the right to charge your credit card in advance of shipment, to secure availability and price. You will be notified via email or telephone that an item is either temporarily out of stock or on backorder. We use 5 warehouse locations throughout the country to deliver the merchandise. If you have already paid for the item(s), you have the choice to (i) wait for the item or (ii) receive a full refund. We accept most major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American-Express, and Discover. We also accept Bidpay.com and Paypal.com payments. All sales are subject to credit card verification. Please note, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.


Shipment

All merchandise sold by 9xauto is inspected for quality before it is shipped to you. We use USPS, UPS and FEDEX. Unless specified, we will ship "Standard UPS Ground Service". All overseas orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service. We reserve the right to charge an extra handling fee for all P.O. Box and APO shipments.

Arbitration.


Any legal controversy or legal claim arising out of our services or merchandise we sold to you, excluding legal action taken by 9xauto Inc. to collect our fees and/or recover damages for, or obtain an injunction relating to, the 9xauto.com site operations, intellectual property, and our services, shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in New York-County of Kings, New York, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. Either you or 9xauto Inc. may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in New York county of Kings, New York necessary to protect the rights or property of you or 9xauto Inc. pending the completion of arbitration. Should either party file an action contrary to this provision, the other party may recover attorney's fees and costs up to $1000.00.
